Drop off your device
Provide us with your contact information and as much detail as possible about the problem(s) you are experiencing.
We fix your problems
We perform a hardware diagnostic to identify the cause of your problem(s). We then provide an estimate to resolve all problems.
Pick up your device
We explain the repair in words that anyone can understand. Then your device is back in your hands and you have peace of mind.
When we determine the issue, we will provide you with an estimate for the cost of the repair. Once we receive approval to proceed with the repair, completion can range from 2 – 5 business days depending if parts are required for the repair.
Appointments can be scheduled Monday through Friday between 10:00 am and 6:00 pm. Please call in advance to secure a time.
If you prefer, we can schedule for a tech to come to your home and pick up your device for service or assist you with your device in the comfort of your home.
Some instances may require a deposit before ordering parts, but you will be notified every step of the way.
