    We perform a hardware diagnostic to identify the cause of your problem(s). We then provide an estimate to resolve all problems.

    We explain the repair in words that anyone can understand. Then your device is back in your hands and you have peace of mind.

Most of our repairs begin with a diagnostic to determine the root of the issue. Our technicians will contact you within 24 – 48 hours after you drop off your device.

When we determine the issue, we will provide you with an estimate for the cost of the repair. Once we receive approval to proceed with the repair, completion can range from 2 – 5 business days depending if parts are required for the repair.

Our office is located at 122 East Washington Street in downtown Greencastle between Starbucks and Myers’ Market.

Appointments can be scheduled Monday through Friday between 10:00 am and 6:00 pm. Please call in advance to secure a time.

If you prefer, we can schedule for a tech to come to your home and pick up your device for service or assist you with your device in the comfort of your home.

We don’t believe in accepting payment until the repair is completed. Afterall, it motivates us to do our very best job to meet your expectations.

Some instances may require a deposit before ordering parts, but you will be notified every step of the way.
