2016 is our year to grow…
Reflecting on my two-and-a half year history transitioning from a DePauw student to a Greencastle business owner, I find myself focusing on the amount of work we have completed and the support we have received from the Putnam County community. 2015 was a year for us to refine and narrow our scope of services. Many changes took place allowing us to enhance the quality of our Mac, PC and iPhone services. We also had the opportunity to support our local schools and participate in community events like the 4-H Parade and bringing Santa to downtown Greencastle on a fire truck.
2016 is the next chapter of our journey, and it’s time to look to the future and set more goals. As I look forward and strategize on how to improve WynWay, I focus on sustainability and how to make this a business that surpasses me, my skills and my availability. One of the ways to do this is to listen to the feedback of our phenomenal clients. Everyday we hear praises and critiques about our website, prices, hours, and phone system. These comments help us to better understand our clients’ needs and how to more effectively satisfy those needs.
I am happy to announce that, as a result of this feedback, we have a new website, new pricing, and we are working on ways to improve our phone system and operating hours. In order to better serve our clients we have made the following changes:
We built a new website from the ground up featuring a 24/7 chat, Tech Tips and detailed services and pricing, all in a user friendly format.
We increased our prices to grow our business and remain sustainable. We want to continue to provide affordable and reliable services.
We want to be accessible even when our office isn’t open, so we are making changes to accommodate you from 9am to 7pm.
